Veggie Omelet



 Need a healthy yet yummy dish for breakfast?

Try this omelet recipe which is ready in just 8-10 minutes.

Ingredients 

1 tsp oil

6-7 cherry tomatoes

Corainder leaves 

3 eggs

Salt to taste

Pinch of pepper

Method

(1) In medium bowl, beat egg, salt and pepper with fork or whisk until well mixed.

(2) Add sliced cherry tomatoes and corainder leaves.

(3)Heat oil in a frying pan and gently pour the mixture. Let stand over heat a few seconds to lightly brown bottom of omelet. Do not overcook; omelet will continue to cook after folding.

(4)Gently slide out of pan onto plate. Serve immediately
